看似强大无比的肝脏,其实也是个“娇脏”,人们生活中一些不良的行为习惯,比如过度饮酒、长期熬夜、暴饮暴食等,其实都在一步步地“击垮”肝脏。

虽说肝脏没有痛感神经,但出现问题后仍有迹可循。

身体出现4种变化,肝脏或已“烂”得不像样,小心肝病“盯”上你

1、发出臭味

如果肝脏功能因受损而减退,那么体内的毒素将无法及时分解代谢出去,导致肝内细菌滋生,容易引起感染。

进而在口腔、腋窝、尿液三处,就会散发出一种明显的腐烂臭味,且经过清洁依然不能消除。如有这种情况,需注意肝脏的健康问题。

2、手掌发红

肝功能下降之后,机体的代谢就会变得缓慢,从而导致体内的雌激素不断累积,当激素水平短期内急剧升高时,毛细血管也会因受到刺激而充血,所以手掌就会发红。

尤其是大鱼际和小鱼际处充血比较明显,会出现红色的斑点,这种情况一般称为“肝掌”。

3、皮肤发黄

肝脏参与着胆汁的分泌,如果肝功能有所损伤,胆汁分泌必然会有所减少,造成机体无法正常进行代谢、分解等工作。

此时胆红素极易在体内堆积,这种物质堆积过多,就容易诱发黄疸,造成身上皮肤、脸色、巩膜、尿液等地方发黄。

4、消化不良

作为最主要的消化器官,肝脏若受到损伤,则难以分泌足量的胆汁去帮助消化人体摄入的食物,所以就会出现消化不太好的情况。

与此同时,由于人的消化系统受影响,还会出现食欲下降、恶心呕吐等问题,有这种情况,最好及时做检查,避免误判。

肝脏不好,还会发出哪些信号?

头皮油脂分泌旺盛,经常洗头还是很油,说明肝经湿热;掉发脱发比较严重,年纪轻轻两鬓斑白,说明肝胆不足;面色常年暗淡无光,很容易长斑长痘痘,说明肝郁气滞;眼白发黄目光混浊,眼里总布满红血丝,说明肝功异常;眼睛经常疲劳酸涩,总是有严重黑眼圈,说明肝阴不足;口干口苦还有口臭,难以入睡失眠多梦,说明肝火旺盛;脚底常年干裂脱皮,手掌发红指甲粗糙,说明肝血不足;肥胖无度赘肉还多,尿黄尿赤大便干结,说明肝代谢差。

日常养肝,坚持做到以下3点,疏肝解郁、排净肝毒

1、补充足量水分

很多人不爱喝水,但身体可不能缺水,尤其是肝脏工作时,需要大量水分的参与才可以正常完成,因此每天多喝水还是很有必要的。

肝不好的人,可以适量喝些决明子菊苣茶,养肝还护肝。

平时准备一些决明子、枸杞、菊苣、蒲公英、白茅根,打碎成颗粒状后装制成茶包,一次一小包,用开水冲泡更好出味,植物里的营养成分也更好被人体吸收。

菊苣——清肝降火,去热排毒;

决明子——清肝明目,润肠利水;

蒲公英——改善肝功能,抗菌消炎;

白茅根——清热解毒,凉血利尿;

枸杞——滋养肝血,促进肝细胞再生。

2、坚持适量锻炼

要想养护肝脏,平时还是少不了运动锻炼。但不宜选择过于激烈的运动,而是要选适合自己身体强度的运动方式,比如慢跑、游泳、骑自行车、跳绳等有氧运动都是不错的。

每天坚持30分钟以上,提升全身的新陈代谢,增强肝细胞活力,消耗多余的脂肪,减轻肝脏负担。

3、科学合理饮食

饮食是养护肝脏的第一步,首先要戒掉过度饮酒的坏习惯,其次就是要改正暴饮暴食或者饮食油腻等不良的饮食习惯,晚餐不宜吃得太晚,以免增加肝脏的负担。

平时多吃一些新鲜的蔬果,增加粗粮的摄入,少吃精加工食品,不吃发霉变质的食物,有助于养肝护肝。
