1、高胆固醇食物

为了维持大脑血管畅通状态,促进身体健康,最关键的就是少吃富含胆固醇的食物。胆固醇含量过多的食物摄入,会让血清胆固醇超标,进而出现血液粘稠度增加这种情况。

血液太过粘稠时,身体的循环无法保持良好,有可能在大脑堵塞、缺乏血液提供之后降低它的功能,进而出现不良症状。因此,在饮食过程中,方法要合理,通过减少富含胆固醇食物的摄入量来维持身体指标的正常。

2、高脂肪食物

预防脑梗关键是控制好体重,部分人在过度肥胖这种危险因素的影响下,还会伴随着高血脂症出现,进而导致血液粘稠,影响了正常的循环。如果可以重视饮食的健康,在饮食过程中,不要过多的获取高脂肪食物,对这种情况改善有利。

4、油炸类食物
